★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice coffee. Also tried one of their cakes and won't do it again. Sacher cake we were served was hard and dry, we returned it and didn't get refund with words "Sacher cake should be like this" :(:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst coffee I've had in years. Was there with the wife, we ordered the same and coffee didn't even tasted alike. It's like they pick ra dom people and put the work without any training. The coffee beans quality was also poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give zero I would, don't try the Sacher Dort cake here, it's basically inedible like rock. No refund offered, the guy 'Richie' (fitting) just asked me what he should do which did not impress me at all. Really poor service to say it was a very quiet day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s usual Starbucks, but as it’s located in the middle of hallway in the shopping mall, every weekend it’s full of people and you have to always wait in the queue. Otherwise, the coffee is good (I personally like Starbucks coffee), the personnel is quite friendly. This coffee shop is also very convenient to grab coffee to go, so you can continue shopping straight away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was first time in Starbucks in my life becouse I dont like american coffee from Starbucks McDonalds and places like this,I was first time becouse there is only 2 places in all Centrum Cerny Most to drink coffee,first place was full.
Coffee was terible and servis even worst.In this place work 3-4 kids 17-19 years old they dont know what is big or small coffee,without ecpirience in that buissnis.We was waiting 20 min and we was 4 in row.
