Not only beautiful clothes, but above all, great service! Mr. salesman was fully devoted to us and with all the professional advice.

Unfortunately, I have to share with the negative opinion on this PF store. On 19.1. I bought two suits here, with the addition of trousers in my size. I left with a good feeling, because the master was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable in the field, so I was looking forward to the result. After a week, I learned that the others are not in the store and that they forgot to order. And just as none of the suits are made on time. I had a fight with the young lady on the spot, because she approached the situation with the attitude "so as not to ..." and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, she still rolled her eyes at me. Then we started pinning the pants that were in the store. The young lady seemed very nervous, of course she opposed my request, which I made for adjustment. In the end, to my surprise, she didn't pin the pants to the edge that the tailor was supposed to recognize it. I also had a visit after the other trousers arrived, here the gentleman from the first day took over the pinning, who received the same request and was finished very quickly, but he also made one shell for me. He promised to contact me personally when all parts of both suits were in the store and that I should ignore the automatic SMS. Of course he didn't call me :-) After two weeks I try to call the store, which I didn't succeed in, so I went there. Of course, everything was there for a long time and after trying the first pants pinned by the young lady, I found out the funny thing that I have bells in the middle of my ankles :-) The blue that the gentleman edited were of course ok. There was another lady in the store that day, pleasant, she apologized to me and a measurement and subsequent repair was performed. Today (yes 20.2.) The final came and I didn't have the courage to try it there (the girl who pinned them there was), because I don't care about any quarrels. At home, I found that the corrected length was fitting, but that the pants were really shabby. I have it like bags over my calf and around my knees. Were it not for the fact that this suit was bought at a really big discount, I would have really beaten them on the head. Over a month of time, five visits and finally I'll take it to my tailor for adjustment. Fortunately, there is plenty of material. After the first experience with the PF brand and with positive experience from the competition (TM Lewin, Le Premier, etc.), I probably won't show up here.
