P	Petr Sima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ve zkratce, prodávají šunty a neuznávají reklamace. Mrzí mě, že jsem si nepřečetl recenze před nákupem u nich. Mohl jsem si ušetřit peníze a zklamání. "Značková" zimní obuv u které se po dvou měsících prošoupe podrážka a teče do nich. In short, they sell shunts and do not accept complaints. I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before buying from them. I could save money and disappointment. "Branded" winter shoes with a sole slipped after two months and flowing into them.

Kožená obuv za 3k Kč a po sedmi nošeních (v suchu!!!) začalo do kůže prosakovat lepidlo, které se nacházelo u podrážky. Reklamace byla zamítnuta. Zamítnutí bych pochopila, kdybych boty reklamovala po x měsících každodenního nošení a pokud by na nich byly závady, které jsem způsobila, ale toto?! Office Shoes opravdu nikdy více!!! Great disappointment with the quality of footwear and especially with the subsequent approach of the staff. Leather shoes for 3 CZK and after seven wears (dry !!!), glue, which was located at the sole, began to seep into the skin. The complaint was rejected. I would understand the rejection if I complained about the shoes after x months of everyday wear and if they had the defects I caused, but this ?! Office Shoes really never again !!!

Tři zaměstnanci na prodejně, ani jeden nebyl schopný se mi věnovat ( byla jsem na prodejně jediný zákazník) ,s každou botou jsem se musela prodavačce doprošovat ,aby mi laskavě našla zda mají nebo nemají velikost. Již zmíněná prodavačka velmi nepříjemná, evidentně jsem jí obtěžovala, dva další mladí prodavači se chovali jak kdyby byli na dětském hřišti(to by mi bylo úplně jedno kdyby se dokázali aspoň jeden postarat o zakázníka). V jakékoliv jiné prodejně i s mnohem levnější obuví,se vám budou věnovat více než tady, kde dáte za boty v průměru 3000,-. Two stars just for a great selection of shoes. Three employees in the store, not one of them was able to attend to me (I was the only customer in the store), with each shoe I had to beg the saleswoman to kindly find me if they were sized or not. The already mentioned saleswoman very unpleasant, I obviously bothered her, two other young salesmen behaved as if they were on the playground (I would not care if they could take care of at least one customer). In any other store, even with much cheaper shoes, they will pay more attention to you than here, where you pay for an average of 3000, -.

Asking for a pair of shoes in a size 42 was apparently cause for eyerolling and when I didn't want the shoes the(because the actual price was way higher than the one advertised) she facepalmed behind my back. I can absolutely not recommend this place.

The three sales assistance ladies were doing nothing and just standing at the counter. I had to call them to and ask for assistance. The shoes are definitely not sold thanks to their assistance. Awful service.

I asked once to give me the desired pair of shoes so she looked at me as if I asked to get the moon and just rolled her eyes. All three girls were just standing at the counter with their phones and talking to each other. Awful experience, won't go back there.

Better close this shop, buying through Internet is much easier. Very unfriendly personal and not helping at all.
