Poté, co se mi začala ukazovat u produktu jiná cena před a po vložení do košíku, jsem kontaktovala zákaznický servis přes email. Odpověď se mi dostala s tím, že se mám odhlásit a znovu přihlásit, a pokud se bude problém opakovat, objednají boty za mě. Udělala jsem vše podle pokynů a nic se nezměnilo. Napsala jsem tedy druhý email, a na ten jsem už odpověď neobdržela. Jednání zákaznického servisu je opravdu zarážející. Boty nemám a už vím, od koho je mít ani nebudu. The answer came to me that I should log out and log in again, and if the problem persists, they will order shoes for me. I did everything as instructed and nothing has changed. So I wrote a second email, and I didn't receive a reply to it. The customer service action is really striking. I don't have shoes and I already know who I won't get them from.
M	Marcel Bone Bezek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěva tohoto obchodu mě nemile překvapila. Jakmile stojím u regálu s botama tak tam stojí dvě prodavačky. Jen se natáhnu pro boty, nestojí tam nikdo. Na dotaz jestli ze tří párů bot mi najdou číslo 40 mně prodavačka znechuceně odpoví, že ani jedny boty nemají s číslem 40 a posílá mné k dívčimu regálu. Nevím jestli sou u vás lidi tak tupý, anebo se rádi vysmívají lidem,kteří tam dojdou nakupovat. Takový přístup si vyprošuju. Today's visit to this store surprised me unpleasantly. Druhé boty pre drahého nemali velkostne, ale chýbala mi tam troška snaha o vyriešenie. I only have personal experience in the store, but the saleswoman was nice, advised and everything was forced.
