★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po 2 měsících nošení dětských bot Elefant se boty rozbily. Nešly již zavázat. Uvolnila se totiž stahovací guma, která pomáhá při zavázání bot. Boty pak nešlo nosit, nešlo je zavázat. Boty jsou zaslány na posouzení. Technik má bohužel 3týdny dovolenou, takže budeme muset čekat. Boty se mohou rozbít, ale při troše ochoty a prozákaznického servisu by se to dalo vyřešit na místě výměnou. Ale to tady neumí.Raději ztratí zákazníka. DEICHMANN už nikdy více.

The shoes could not be worn, they could not be tied. Shoes are sent for review. Unfortunately, the technician has a 3-week vacation, so we will have to wait. Shoes can break, but with a little willingness and customer service, this could be resolved on the spot by replacement. But he can't do it here. He'd rather lose a customer. DEICHMANN never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišel jsem reklamovat boty které se mi za měsíc rozpadly a obsluha neuvěřitelně nepříjemná, několikrát mě nepřímo urazila a obviňovala že nepoužívám lžíci na boty.

What should people do in the shoe store? Hmmm, seems that only watch on shoes, like in museum.
Oh, btw in the next row the situation was the same, but this man haven’t told anything about it.
Anyway I’m disappointed about this situation.
P.S. before addressing complaints to your buyers, reorganize the space in your store, so that buyers could try on shoes without interfering with those who choose.
