★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel po 15ti letech věrnosti této bance musím říct že pobočka na Čerňáku je tragédie. Před pár lety vklad na pokladně vysloveně obtěžoval obsluhující paní. Teď při rušení účtu vám bankéř nejenže 3 týdny nezvede telefon, ale po urgencích a stížnostech je navíc drzí v telefonu. A bohužel i nekompetentní, protože není schopen zodpovědět ani triviální dotazy. Je to škoda. Za mě zbytečné poškozování jména banky.
Unfortunately, after 15 years of loyalty to this bank, I must say that the branch at Čerňák is a tragedy. A few years ago, a deposit at the cash register explicitly harassed the serving lady. Now, when you cancel your account, the banker not only does not answer your phone for 3 weeks, but also keeps it on your phone after emergencies and complaints. And unfortunately incompetent, because he is not able to answer even trivial questions. It's a shame. Unnecessary damage to the bank's name for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udělali jsme rezervaci na založení bankovního účtu na den dopředu, pán řekl, že všechno je v pořádku a měl nám poslat potvrzovací SMS. Další den jsme zjistili, že jsme neobdrželi ani SMS ani jsme nebyli v rezervačním systému.
We made a reservation to open a bank account the day before, the gentleman said everything was fine and should have sent us a confirmation SMS. The next day we found out that we did not receive an SMS or were not in the reservation system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemůžu si tuto pobočku vynachválit. Každý bankéř dělá svou práci rychle, zkušeně a do toho nechybí ani úsměvy a pomoc nad rámec jejich povinností. Nemám návštěvy v bance rád, ale tato pobočka je úžasným příkladem toho, jak se má se zákazníky jednat. 10/5
I can't praise this branch. Every banker does his job quickly, experiencedly, and there are also smiles and help beyond their duties. I don't like visiting the bank, but this branch is a wonderful example of how to deal with customers. 10/5
