Banka která myslí na lidi? To jako vážně? Když od Air bank nic nepotřebujete, tak je to skvělá banka. Jakmile ale něco budete od banky potřebovat tak je vám běda... Jelikož sama dělám v bance mám bohužel srovnání. Produkty dobré, ale raději po nich opravdu nic nechtějte. Nejde to, nevím, nepomůžu... Taková je Air bank.
A bank that thinks of people? Are you serious? If you don't need anything from Air Bank, it's a great bank. But as soon as you need something from the bank so you are sorry ... Because I do in the bank unfortunately I have a comparison. Good products, but don't really want anything from them. It's not, I don't know, I can't help ... That's the Air bank.

Všechno proběhlo v naprostém pořádku, personál na pobočce ochotný a vstřícný. To samé platí o infolince.
Everything went perfectly well, the staff at the branch willing and helpful. The same goes for the infoline.

Chtěl jsem si domluvit osobní schůzku kvůli změně banky, chodím naproti do Český spořitelny..ani zde není telefonní číslo, abych se s někým domluvil, to jako vážně?:(
I wanted to make an appointment for a change of bank, I go to Český spořitelna across the street ... isn't there a phone number to talk to someone, really ?:(

Nejhorší zkušenost. Čekala jsem a seděla půl hodiny a slečna za mnou přišla s tím jestli nemůžu přijít za další půl hodinku, že tu není pán který se specializuje na problém který jsem měla nebo ať přijdu kdykoliv po čtvrté hodině, že tento problém řešit neumí. ? Radši jsem si zavolala a do pěti minut byl problém vyřešen. ?
The worst experience. I waited and sat for half an hour and the young lady came to me with the idea that I could not come in another half hour, that there is no gentleman who specializes in the problem I had or if I come at any time after four o'clock that he cannot solve this problem. ? I preferred to call and the problem was solved within five minutes. ?

Kdyby šlo nedat žádnou hvězdu, rád bych. S vkladomatama bída už tak a když jedete do centra vložit, často nelze, buď jsou oba vkladomaty plné a nebo prostě nefungují, jako opět dnes 5.1.2022 v 18:15. Rada personálu "zajeďte si třeba na Harfu, mělo by to tam fungovat". Tak tomu říkám profesionální přístup. Mám čas jezdit sem a tam, nic jiného opravdu na práci nemám. Je čas změnit banku, tohle nemá smysl.

With deposit machines, poverty is often the case and when you go to the center, it is often not possible, either both deposit machines are full or they just do not work, as again today 5.1.2022 at 18:15. The staff council "go to the Harp, for example, it should work there". That's what I call a professional approach. I have time to drive here and there, I really don't have anything else to do. It's time to change the bank, this doesn't make sense.

I wanted to become a client today (office Černý most), but quite rudely turned down because I MUST speak Czech. When I pointed out that this can't be an official requirement, she smiled and said (in Czech) that she basically doesn't care. So, she continued with her smartphone on whatever she was doing... Couldn't believe my ears. I can't imagine that I would act on my job like that. :)) Called Airbank helpdesk, and they were very friendly and helpful (in English), so I hope this is an isolated case of somebody who couldn't care less.

Been there to open an account, explained specifically that I open an account in air bank as they partner with e-identita. It was quick to open an account I hope it will be that quick to close it as I learnt afterward that Air-bank E-identita is not for foreigners!! What a waste of time. Oh and guys, it's 2021 and neither your website nor your app is in english. Excellent way to lose customers.

The worst experience in my life when I came to this office to open a bank account. The worker was ignoring me tottally because I did not speak Czech but she was understanding my questions. Only she did not want to talk to me. Just to my Girlfriends who speak in Czech. No answers, no smiles, no thank you, no good bye. DEFINETLY I WOULD RECOMMEND TO USE ANY OTHER BANK
