★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy jsem nečekal frontu, vše bez problémů. Jen paní nevěděla jak je to s tou aplikací, že jsou dvě verze a tak jsem si musel poradit sám.
 I never expected a queue, all without problems. Only the lady didn't know what it was like with the application, that there were two versions, so I had to deal with it myself.

Žádali jsme aby nám ukončili smlouvu s bankou, slíbili nam že je potřeba zaplatit za poslední měsíc a po 30 dnech se účty automaticky zruší. Teď po 3 měsících neustále nam volají že máme dluh 150kč (volají každý den!!!) a zjišťujeme že pouze nam zrušili účty ale smlouvu s bankou stále máme (ani nechápu jak ne to možné!!! Když banka nedělá pro nás žádný servis, za co prosím vás mám platit ?!). I když jsme konečně našli čas a přijeli na pobočku nikdo tam nebyl během pracovní doby ... Na tuto zkušenost jen chci zapomenout a už nikdy, NIKDY nemít nic společného s tímto podnikem, naprosto neprofesionalita a hrozný zákaznicky servis.
Absolutely the worst bank of all.
We asked us to terminate the contract with the bank, promised us to pay in the last month and after 30 days the accounts will be automatically canceled. Now after 3 months we are constantly calling us that we have a debt of CZK 150 (calling every day !!!) and we find that we only canceled the accounts but we still have a contract with the bank (I do not understand how possible! What should I pay you for? Although we finally found the time and arrived at the branch no one was there during business hours ... I just want to forget this experience and never again, NEVER have anything to do with this business, totally unprofessionalism and terrible customer service.
