★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vynikajici zkusenost, sla jsem si vyzvednout online objednavku a pak jsem si jeste testovala vune, a zacala se mi venovat uzasna slecna, zrejme misenka nebo Indka, pro kterou nebyl nic problem a dokonce mi nabidla 3 vzorecky na odstrik. Vubec jsem necitila, ze by me do neceho tlacila. Prodejna navic moc prijemna, prostorna s velkym vyberem. Rada se budu vracet.
 An excellent experience, I was able to pick up an online order and then I tested the scent, and I started to pay attention to an amazing young lady, probably a bowl or an Indian, for whom there was nothing a problem and even offered me 3 spraying patterns. I didn't feel pressured at all. The store is also very nice, spacious with a large selection. I'd love to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice příjemné prodavačky. Moc mi pomohli s výběrem dárků pro mou maminku. Obzvlášť příjemná byla paní Irina - skvělé poradila.
Very nice saleswomen. They helped me a lot with choosing gifts for my mom. Mrs. Irina was especially nice - she gave great advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím pochválit personál této pobočky, konkrétně store managera. Slečna byla velmi profesionální, ochotná, se vším všudy poradila (konkrétně s odstíny makeupu a různými značky s ohledem na typ pleti) a upozornila i na probíhající slevy. Personál této pobočky by měl být vzorem pro všechny pobočky Sephory!
PS: děkuji za vhodný odstín Fenty beauty makeupu!
Update: odstín na pobočce vypadal dobře, ale po aplikování na pleť makeup uschne a na denním světle už vypadá jinak, je až moc oranžový. Nicméně to ale nemění chování personálu, který je velmi profesionální na této pobočce, takže chválím :)
I have to commend the staff of this branch, specifically the store manager. The young lady was very professional, helpful, she dealt with everything (specifically with makeup shades and various brands with regard to skin type) and also drew attention to ongoing discounts. The staff of this branch should be a role model for all Sephory branches!
PS: thank you for a suitable shade of Fenty beauty makeup!
Update: the shade on the branch looked good, but after applying to the skin the makeup dries and in daylight it looks different, it is too orange. However, this does not change the behavior of the staff, who are very professional at this branch, so I praise :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes 7/2/2022, mám nákup v Sephoře v OC Cerny Most , prodavači zde mají velmi nezdvořilý přístup. Když jsem šela k pokladně, nepozdravila jsem, když jsem doplatila, jen jsem si ty věci strčil do kapsy a hodil do rohu, abych si je vzala sáma. Postoj prodejního personálu velmi neuctivý k zákazníkům.
Today 7/2/2022, I am shopping in Sephora at OC Cerny Most, the sellers here have a very rude approach. When I went to the cash register, I didn't greet me when I paid extra, I just put those things in my pocket and threw them in the corner to take them myself. The attitude of the sales staff is very disrespectful to customers.
