N	Nait on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jediný den, kdy potřebuji vyzvednout balík osobně na prodejně, mají zavřeno. Respektive mají zavřený vchod a zaměstnanci se mezi sebou baví a nic nedělají. A ostatním lidem, co by také rádi dovnitř, říkají že ještě neotevřeli, a to je už odpoledne a vypadá to, že už ani neotevřou. Čekal jsem zbytečně 2 a půl hodiny, ale nic. Mám chuť objednávku stornovat. Děkuji za zpříjemnění dne... The only day I need to pick up the package in person at the store is closed. Hned mě nasměroval na druhou lékárnu BENU a tam se mě ujala opět velmi ochotná a vstřícná obsluha. Tímhle způsobem děkuji. For me 100%. Visit to the first pharmacy BENU OC Černý Most, unfortunately they did not have what I needed but the pharmacist was very helpful and helpful. Nedoporučuji, pokud si nechcete následné informace zjišťovat sami :) Incredibly unprofessional approach. Mrs. Pharmacist does not issue on the prescription all the things with the drug. Pani lekárnička bola totiž veľmi milá a ochotná, aktívne sa zaujímala o problém, ktorý ma trápil aby mi následne odporučila najvhodnejšiu variantu liečiva, ktoré mi následne aj skutočne pomohlo. Obaja s priateľom sme odchádzali s dobrým pocitom, ktorý v nás zanechal práve príjemný prístup. Odporúčam. I would like to share yesterday's experience in this pharmacy. Takto neprofesionální a lidsky hloupý přístup jsem ještě nezažila :( Previously, this pharmacy was great, now apparently new pharmacists have started, who probably do not like working with people, or are only burnt out. Moje dcera s maminkou šli do lékárny pro lék proti plísním kterou maminka dostala Po užívání antibiotika plíseň v puse. Paní za pokladnou v lékárně vydala mamince vaginální tablety na kterých napsala cucat 6x. Nechápu jestli paní lékárnice byla tak vtipná nebo se chtěla se pobavit na účet nešťastně starší paní 78 roků přijde vám to v pořádku? Když pak dcera volala k vám tak jste řekli že to je tak v pořádku. Takový lidi nemají místo v lekaně. Je mi z toho smutno. Chodíme do lékárny Dr. Max tohle byla chyba a smutná zkušenost. Bohužel dříve vaše lékárna měla jiný přístup. Mě by zajímalo jak to budeme řešit? Děkuji ze se nám někdo ozve a vymění tyto vaginální tablety na ten lék který maminka potřebuje. I don't understand if the pharmacist was so funny or if she wanted to have fun at the expense of the unhappily older 78-year-old lady. Then when your daughter called you, you said it was so okay. Such people have no place in the water lily. It makes me sad. We go to the pharmacy Dr. Max, this was a mistake and a sad experience. Unfortunately, your pharmacy used to have a different approach.
