★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the closing announcement was heard at 8pm, i and my wife were getting out of the store right away, and my wife dropped by WC on the way out while many other customers remained. And when the security guy saw my wife going inside WC, he said "dopiče". He thought we wouldn't understand it because we are foreigners, but i know what that means and he said nashledanou to other customers coming out later than us. Very unpleasant experience.
He is tall with gray hair. And i saw him driving skoda fabia color gray. He needs to be educated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered furnitures 7 weeks ago with a promise to deliver in 4 weeks.
Not only we still didn't receive it, and it's included a bed for my daughter who sleeps on the matches on the floor,
We tried to call and got rude answers only in Czech, refusing to answer in English.
Then we went there , and received poor excuse for the delay with a promise to deliver and take care of it but... Till now... NOTHING!!
NO EMAIL, NO CALL, NO DELIVERY DATE, NO FURNITURES, NO NOTHING!!!!
Today we will be go there, Again!!!
I give them 0 stats from A To Z!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ General impression is good, staff is helpful - however some items have longer delivery time. Also there you can’t be sure with the offered price as it can vary week to week. Be patient and you can catch a good deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered kitchen in September 2021, now, 9 months later, it is still not finished. The kitchen team is completely incompetent - the whole project was done incorrectly. Once we have it corrected by external provider, XXXLutsz still sent us cabinets in wrong colors and desks in wrong sizes. Up until now, we car use our kitchen. We will have to solve this in the court, but I strongly not recommend XXXLutz. I wish we have chosen another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am quite upset with the customer communication of this company. We ordered kitchen in the end of the last year and the delivery estimations were 12 weeks. When those deadlines were not met, we were trying to contact our client manager, he either did not pick up, or picked up and promised to call back and never did. Most of the e-mails he did not answer. He was super comunicative before the contract signing, but after the signing and sending the first half of the money, the communication practically stopped. No one can tell us exactly the terms, because of that we can not start any connected works. It is very upsetting, I was really of better opinion on this company.
UPD: After almost 20 weeks of waiting we finally got the message that our kitchen will be delivered to us. BUT - all the appliances that we ordered will not be delivered for some reason. So we will have to buy them ourselves before delivery and most likely pay for their instalation (moreover they want us to pay for the appliances that they will not deliver to return us money later - ???). To get even that answer we had to call EVERY DAY, because each time different person picked up the phone, promised to look at our matter and call back, but never did. I can easily say that this kind of low service I meet for the first time in life, quite outrageous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warehouse: gentlemen who issue goods are very good and fast; but the problem is when there are only two of them, and both are working on checking and issuing goods, and more than ten people are waiting for the goods. Why do companies do this to their employees? The store has so much good furniture and equipment for the home, and then it disappoints you when you pick it up.
