I would like to share my experience I have with you and your company since we started discussing about the house. We went to check the land which we liked, while were at the land Mr. Kopacka called us because he was not even aware that he was talking to us in person 2 mins ago. Then we met in person, we saw the specific house and we even discussed possibilities of changing few things in the lay out. At that meeting we agreed at 7,5 million CZK for the land, the house with everything included (water, electricity, fence and kitchen) and we agreed that you will send us 2 contracts, 1 for the house and 1 for the land. After several attempts of contacting you via phone and email asking you for the contracts you claimed that you have someone else. This was never mentioned before and out of courtesy it should be.... Few days ago, you contacted us about the land next to the one we saw and we said that we are interested and we want to see the contracts. In the contract the price for the house was 500.000 more expensive and the overall project 1 million more expensive than the agreed price. When we highlighted the "mistake" you had the audacity to answer that it was a mistake and that you thought we were talking about a different house. Just to remind you, we were reviewing the house at your laptop when we met. To sum it up, your behavior since we started the whole discussion is very unprofessional and I do not want to have any business with you or your company and I would rather give my money to someone that treats his customers with respect, someone who is honest and does not play sketchy games.
