★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fajn žabka, čistá, milá obsluha. Až na starší paní, která občas "zapomene" pozdravit a nebo Vám zavře před očima a vyvěsí cedulku, že za chvíli přijde. Vy tak čekáte cca 20min a stejně se vlastně paní nedočkáte.
Nice firecracker, clean, friendly staff. Except for the older lady, who sometimes "forgets" to greet or close in front of your eyes and hangs a sign that she will be here shortly. You wait about 20 minutes and you won't actually see the lady anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha se snaží, ceny přepálené jako blázen. Nákup něčeho v půl jedenáctý v noci ( rychle cíga, pivko atd) ok, ale větší nákup nesmysl. Hrozná a zbytečná drahota??
The staff tries, prices burned like crazy. Buying something at half past ten at night (fast cigar, beer, etc.) ok, but a bigger purchase nonsense. Terrible and unnecessary jewelery??

Pani vedouci velice neochotna! Zasilku jsem mela zaplacenou online a ona ji presto odmitla vydat. I kdyz jsem ji ukazala potvrzeni o platbe z banky i primo z balikovny. Ani se nepodivala do pocitace, kde by videla, ze platba opravdu probehla.

Mrs. leader very reluctant! I had the shipment paid for online and she still refused to release it. Although I showed her a confirmation of payment from the bank and directly from the packing house. She didn't even look at the computer to see that the payment was indeed made.
