★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dosti pěkný sortiment zahradní techniky a doplňků. Obsluha odborná, leč trošku načuřená, ale v důsledku ochotná. Nešel platební terminál, což je v obchodě s dražším zbožím potíž. (Ruku na srdce, kdo z nás dnes nosí v peněžence 30.000.-?) Možná proto byl prodavač (majitel?) z počátku trochu nevrlý. Ale odpouštím mu to, protože pohotově pomohl s nakládkou i kurtovánim stroje. Zboží bezvadné, parkování pohodlné.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turo prodejnu opravdu nedoporučuji. Setkal jsem se zde s velmi arogantním jednáním. Při vstupu ani nepozdraví. Nevěnují se Vám. I přes to, že mají uvedeno, že platbu kartou nabízejí, tak mne arogantně odbyli, že kartu už nikdy nebudou přijímat, aniž
by se pán omluvil. Mě jsem u nich křovinořez na opravu a nebyli a i schopni zavolat, nebo poslat sms, že je oprava hotova. Kdybych nezavolal, tak se ani neozvou. Že prý na takové věci nemají čas. Neváží si svých zákazníků.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HRŮZA. Manželka měla cestu okolo, tak jsem jí pověřil koupit motorový olej do sekačky ( kterou dostala k narozeninám ). Starší pán, Děd - majitel obchodu byl na moji ženu velice nepříjemný. Po požádání o olej do sekačky Stiga, byla manželka osočena, proč si sekačku nekoupila u něj a že, až se se sekačkou něco stane, tak ať nejezdí na servis k němu! Když přišlo na placení, tak ji "Pan" Majitel pomalu vyhuboval, že platit kartou 110kč je pro něj nesmysl, a že neví jestli mu půjde terminál. Tak tedy manželka řekla, že si vezme ty oleje dva. Naštěstí pak přišel jiný prodavač a konečně - máme doma olej! Doma mě manželka řekla, že už tam nikdy nepojede! Že raději pojede do Prahy. Tak "Pane" Děde... z vašeho chování je mě špatně, vůbec netuším jak k vám může ještě někdo jezdit. Jste arogantní a v obchodu nemáte co dělat, na chlapa byste tohle chování zkusil taky? Sem už nikdy!

After asking for oil for the Stiga mower, the wife was asked why she didn't buy the mower from him and that when something happens to the mower, don't go to the service center for it! When it came to paying, the "Mr." Owner slowly scolded her, that paying with a CZK 110 card was nonsense for him, and that she did not know if the terminal would work for him. So the wife said she would take the two oils. Fortunately, another salesman came and finally - we have oil at home! At home, my wife told me she would never go there again! That he would rather go to Prague. So "Sir" Grandpa ... I'm sick of your behavior, I have no idea how anyone else can come to you. Are you arrogant and have nothing to do in the store, would you try this behavior on a guy too? Here again!
