Fast handling and availability at the main hub. Unfortunately it doesn't work on the weekend.

I don't know what a customer center is for when they issue a card elsewhere in the center, like it's just a newsagent?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zákaznické centrum je chytře umístěno v budově vlakového nádraží, bohužel celé centrum je řešeno "okýnkovým systémem", který byl moderní za komoušů.
Paní za okýnkem své práci odborně určitě rozuměla, ale komunikace se zákazníkem ji evidentně nic neříkala.
The customer center is cleverly located in the building of the train station, unfortunately the whole center is solved by a "window system", which was modern for the people.
The lady behind the window certainly understood her work professionally, but the communication with the customer obviously said nothing to her.
