The building of the meat shops from 1683 was rebuilt in 1719 by the burden of Vaclav Norbert Oktavian Kinský to a manor house with atics and arcades. Early 19th century. there was a classicist reconstruction - the arcade was walled and the attic was later removed. The Baroque building was irreversibly damaged. During the rebellion of the peasant population in 1775, the building was a prison of rebels who did not come to the manor racetrack. In the 19th century. served as a printer of the Clement.

Do roku 1949 zde sídlila chlumecká tiskárna Klemensových.
