★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Statek vlastnil zbudovský rychtář Josef Kubata zvaný Janeček. V roce 1750 byl spolu s ženou Rozinou a třermi dětmi odtud vyhnán. Důvodem byla pravděpodobně jeho obrana práv sedláků ve sporech při sepisování pozemků na začátku 18. století. Spor samotný byl vyřešen až v roce 1865 a to ve prospěch sedláků... Zajímavé je, že úsloví "Kubata dal hlavu za Blata" prý vzniklo právě v roce 1750.
 The estate was owned by the mayor Josef Kubata from Zbudov called Janeček. In 1750 he was expelled together with his wife Rozina and three children. The reason was probably his defense of farmers' rights in disputes when drawing up land at the beginning of the 18th century. The dispute itself was resolved only in 1865 and in favor of farmers ... Interestingly, the saying "Kubata gave his head for Blata" was said to have originated in 1750.
