Dnes mě vytočila paní když já spěchám z práce abych to stihnul byl jsem tam 11:50 překračoval jsem rychlost a spěchal jsem jak jen to šlo....měla zamčeno a řekla ze je dvanáct a neotevřela ani dveře jen tam po mě něco křikla... Ostříhat mých par chlupů zabere 8minut platím za to přes 100,- ! Už mě tam nikdo neuvidí !!!!!! I go there regularly. Přišel jsem 2 hodiny před zavíračkou a jeden zákazník seděl už v křesle a druhý čekal. Přesto mě slečna Agáta odmítla ostříhat, protože prý nestíhá. Člověk by řekl, že se tam jen stříhá, ale asi zavedli i nadstandartní služby, když jeden zákazník je na hodinu. Každopádně si myslím, že když už někdo podniká v oblasti služeb a má určenu otevírací dobu, je povinen zákazníka obsloužit i 5 minut před koncem této doby. Když příjdu do obchodu 5 minut před zavíračkou taky mě nevyhodí (o 2 hodinách ani nemluvím). Jsem opravdu zklamán. I go here regularly and more or less I was always satisfied. When I arrive at the store 5 minutes before the closing, I will not throw myself (I do not even speak for 2 hours). I'm really disappointed.
