★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po objednání mi přišel e-mail, že zboží není najednou dostupné, a že musí počkat na dovážku nového zboží. Nebyli mi schopni odpovědět na e-maily, po třech dnech jsem jim volala a nemohla se dovolat. Až se povedlo, paní v hovoru mi tvrdila, že takové e-maily mi vůbec nezasílali.
Zboží nakonec odeslali až týden po objednání.
Tudíž hodnotím rychlost doručení a komunikaci velice špatně.
After ordering, I received an e-mail that the goods are suddenly unavailable and that they have to wait for the import of new goods. They were unable to reply to my emails, I called them after three days and could not call. When it worked out, the lady in the conversation told me that they did not send me such e-mails at all.
The goods were finally shipped a week after ordering.
Therefore, they rate the speed of delivery and communication very poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem si tvrzené sklo na mobil ,bohuzel bylo o 1/3 mensi nez je telefon,takze nechapu co to prodavaji. A kdyz jsem ji 2x psala co se mi u nich stalo nikdo mebyl schopny odepsat natoz se omluvit. Bez odezvy.
I ordered a hardened glass on the cellphone, Bohuzel was 1/3 of Mensi not the phone, so I won't be selling. And when I wrote her 2x what happened to me Nobody MexyL capable of writing down the nato. Without response.
