Později mi paní s omluvou napsala, že ten den celý rušila a e-mail pro mě zapomněla odeslat. Také pracuji s lidmi, a když jim ruším objednávky, vždy chci od nich zpětnou vazbu, že zprávu dostali a přečetli, což se zde bohužel nestalo a zbytečně jsem tak jela přes celou Prahu. Byl mi nabídnut náhradní termín, ovšem bez jakékoliv kompenzace. Za mě je bohužel tato masérka nespolehlivá a její služby už nehodlám využít. I was ordered for the first massage for this masseuse. After 20 minutes of waiting in the waiting room, when no one was opening and the lady was not picking up my phone, I went home. Later, the lady apologized to me that she had been interrupting the whole day and forgot to send the e-mail for me. I also work with people, and when I cancel their orders, I always want feedback from them that they received and read the message, which unfortunately did not happen here and I went all over Prague unnecessarily. I was offered an alternative date, but without any compensation. Unfortunately, this masseuse is unreliable for me and I no longer intend to use her services.

Naše zdravotnictví mi bohužel nedalo žádnou naději na zlepšení (informace, že "ve vašem věku to už nebude lepší" mě v padesáti letech moc nepomohla). Po několika masážích mě ruka bolí výrazně méně. Paní masérka mi vysvětlila, jak si mohu cvičit sama, snad to zvládnu :-). Tímto jí chci poděkovat a doporučit. The masseuse helped me a lot from the thumb pain in my hand caused by osteoarthritis. Unfortunately, our healthcare system gave me no hope of improvement (the information that "it won't be better at your age" didn't help me much at the age of fifty). After a few massages, my hand hurts significantly less. The masseuse explained to me how I can exercise on my own, maybe I can do it :-). I would like to thank and recommend her.

Očekávaný profesionální přístup byl utlačen neutuchající potřebou pavlačové komunikace ze strany paní masérky. Zůstávám v rozpacích z masáže podávané v rukavicích, neb dle vlastních slov paní masérky se kůže klientů z hygienických důvodů nedotýká. The first and only, and the last overpriced experience here.
