★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeden z nejstarších židovských hřbitovů v ČR stojí hned naproti Husovu sboru v Neratovické ulici a je
obklopen domovní zástavbou. Vznikl v roce 1594 a je velmi hezky udržován. Židovská obec v Kostelci vznikla již v roce 1505, měla školu, synagogu. Obec byla složená převážně z obchodníků a podílela se na budování města. Pomník připomínající synagogu je kousek dál podél hlavní silnice směrem do centra města.
 One of the oldest Jewish cemeteries in the Czech Republic stands directly opposite the Hus Choir in Neratovická Street and is
surrounded by buildings. It was founded in 1594 and is very well maintained. The Jewish community in Kostelec was founded in 1505, it had a school and a synagogue. The village was composed mainly of merchants and participated in building the city. The monument commemorating the synagogue is a short distance away along the main road towards the city center.
