Hřbitov sice není přístupný, ale hřbitovní zeď je nízká, takže je možné prohlížet hřbitov podél celé zdi. Před zadní brankou je stůl s lavicemi a informační tabule. A tak se zde můžete zastavit a dočíst se o smutném osudu bývalých obyvatel. A renovated and preserved old Jewish cemetery at the end of the game preserve in Uhříněves. Zídka sice tak vysoká, že by šla přelézt, ale snad na 10 místech je cedulka "zákaz vstupu", aby to nikoho nenapadlo. Pokud půjdete kolem, OK, jinak to nemá cenu sem jet. Na ploše 3302 metrů čtverečních se zachovalo přes 300 náhrobních kamenů. Nejstarší z nich je datován do roku 1719. Většina náhrobků pochází z 18. a 19. století. Jedná se převážně o pískovcové půlkruhovitě zakončené stély s reliéfními hebrejskými nápisy. Při vstupu na hřbitov stojí hřbitovní dům a stará márnice, kterou kdysi zdobily nástěnné malby.
