★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zdlouhavá komunikace při reklamaci prstýnku a nerespektování požadavků zákazníka. Měsíc a půl jsme čekali na vyreklamování prstýnku, který nám nevrátili a roztavili ho bez našeho svolení - i když jsme jej chtěli poslat zpět a opravit u svého zlatníka.
Peníze nebylo možno vrátit zpět a měli jsme si vybrat jiný kus, protože další stejné kusy už nejsou (kdyby se nejednalo o zásnubní prstýnek, neřešili by jsme to tak).
Po dlouhé komunikaci se zlatnictvím nám byly nabídnuty peníze zpět.
A po telefonické domluvě s dodavatelem, který nám řekl, že to bylo bráno jako hotová věc - a roztavili ho.. Poté nám ale řekli, že je možno poslat úplně nový kus prstýnku. A že chyba byla na prodejně, protože nevěděli, že prstýnek chceme poslat zpět, i když nejde opravit. A to jsme volali do prodejny X krát a paní prodavačka nás uklidňovala, že tam volá každý den a čeká na jejich odpověď.
Prolonged communication in case of ring complaint and failure to respect customer requirements. We waited for a month and a half to reclaim a ring that they did not return and melt it without our permission - even if we wanted to send it back and repair it with our goldsmith.
Money could not be returned and we had to choose another piece, because the other pieces are no longer (if it was not an engagement ring, we would not solve it).
After a long communication with the goldsmith, we were offered money back.
And after a phone call with a vendor who told us it was taken as a done thing - and melted it down. But then they told us that a brand new ring could be sent. And that the mistake was at the store because they did not know that we want to send the ring back, even if it is not possible to repair it. And we called it to the store X times and the shop assistant reassured us that she was calling there every day waiting for their answer.
