Nedoporucuji obchod kvuli jednani se zakaznikem v pripade reklamace. Pri treti reklamaci stejne vady jsem uvedla, ze jako zpusob reklamace zadam vraceni penez, pani prodavacka odvetila, ze bezny postup je zaslat vyrobek na posouzeni do servisu. Po 30 dnech byla reklamace vyrizena opravou vyrobku a prodavacka tvrdila, ze na vraceni penez mam narok pri ctvrte reklamaci. Pri ctvrte reklamaci jsem upozornila hlavni prodavacku na mylne informace, ktere mi podala, a ze jednala v rozporu s obcanskym zakonikem. Odpoved znela: “My to takhle delame. Hodlate me poucovat? Chcete vratit ty penize nebo co?” Vadi mi postup obchodu pri reklamacich, ktery se skutecne neslucuje se zakonnym postupem, jelikoz vedome porusuje prava zakazniku, ale jeste vice neprofesionalni jednani konkretni prodavacky se zakaznikem. Pro uplnost dodavam, ze penize mi byly vraceny.

Velice příjemná obsluha, všímavá a velice milá vůči zákazníkům. Pozorna, obětavě nabizi zboží a snaha vycházet přáním zákazníka. Jde vidět že tomu rozumí a umí poradit. Příjemné místo pro nakupování s velice dobrým výběrem jak stříbra tak i zlata. Vřele doporučuji.
