★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice spatna zkusenost, nedoporucuji. Koupila jsem zde zlate nausnice 3g za 5400 Kc. Cena v jinych obchodech je min. 1000 Kc nizsi. Po roce mi nausnice praskla a pan majitel mi je odmitl vymenit s tim, ze si za to mohu sama... V Olomouci je plno lepsich zlatnictvi, bezte urcite jinam!!!
 Very bad experience, I do not recommend. I bought 3g gold earrings here for 5400 CZK. The price in other shops is min. 1000 Kc lower. After a year, my earring broke and my owner refused to replace it with me, saying that I was to blame for it myself ... There are a lot of better goldsmiths in Olomouc, certainly elsewhere !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrá zkušenost, nechala jsem si zmenšit prstýnek u kteréhomi v jiných zlatnictvích řekli že to v podstatě není možné bez rizika vypadnutí kamínků. Prstýnek nemá ani škrábanec.
Good experience, I had the ring reduced, at which others in other goldsmiths said that it was basically not possible without the risk of stones falling out. The ring doesn't even have a scratch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mají tu velký výběr, ale to je tak jediné. Když pomineme vyšší cenu, nejen za zboží ale i případnou úpravu šperku, tak personál moc příjemný není. Navíc nemám ráda když mě někdo do nákupu nutí.
They have a great choice, but that's the only thing. Leaving aside the higher price, not only for the goods but also the possible modification of the jewelry, the staff is not very pleasant. Plus, I don't like being forced into buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do druhého dne dodaný šperk i s malým dárkem navíc. Velmi hezký a kvalitně vyrobený přívěsek. Určitě zde nenakupuji naposledy. Velká spokojenost.
Jewelry delivered until the next day with a small extra gift. Very nice and well made pendant. I'm definitely not shopping here for the last time. Great satisfaction.
