★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupovala jsem zde náušnice pro svou roční dceru a byla jsem strašně moc spokojená.
Nejprve jsem doma zjistila, že náušnice, které jsem objednala přes eshop, byly příliš velké a potřebovala jsem je vyměnit. Přesto, že již měli po otevírací době, pán mi řekl, ať přijedu a že to vyřešíme a vybereme jiné. Tak jsme vybrali jiné, které jsem doma zjistila, že se nám na dceři také nelíbily (už mi bylo zaměstnanců zlatnictví velmi líto... :-). Tak jsme druhý den jeli do zlatnictví znovu. Už ve stresu, že jsme ti nejhorší zákazníci. Ale všichni do jednoho byli tak milí a ochotní.
Nakonec jsme si vybrali náušnice, které byly vyrobeny na zakázku a jsme nadmíru spokojení. Provedení úžasné. Kvalitně zpracováno a velice oceňuji přístup všech, kteří nám tehdy pomáhali a kteří se nám věnovali, protože to s námi bylo těžké. Takže velké díky a opradu mohu s klidným srdcem jen doporučit. Perfektní služby a vyhoví každému přání.
I bought earrings here for my one-year-old daughter and I was very happy.
At first I found out at home that the earrings I ordered through the eshop were too big and I needed to replace them. Though they had already had the opening hours, the gentleman told me to come and solve it and choose another one. So we chose another one that I found out at home that we didn't like our daughter too (I was very sorry for the goldsmith's staff ... :-). So the next day we went to the goldsmith again. Already under stress, we're the worst customers. But all of them were so kind and helpful.
Finally, we chose earrings that were made to order and we are extremely satisfied. Making amazing. Well done and I appreciate the attitude of everyone who helped us at the time and who was dedicated to us because it was difficult for us. So I can only make a big thank you and your back with a calm heart. Perfect service and every wish.
