Professional approach, friendly staff and environment. I needed advice on what to do with my hair, the hairdresser advised me according to the condition and quality of my hair, and according to what would suit me. I was very satisfied and I recommended this salon around me.

I made a pedicure reservation online through the site a week before the deadline. When I arrived at the place, I was told that there was no pedi. That this is the owner's concern. Which you really want to hear 2 days before the wedding. Never again, the salon is probably failing.

I am dissatisfied. On a voucher. I spent 3 hours there slowly and the result was 5% better than my hair. At the beginning, I tried to agree with the hairdresser on what she would recommend. Unfortunately, I did not receive a proposal from her. When I told her how I imagined it. She did something different than she said. Behind the lost time and the joy of the voucher, it was just a big disappointment. And for the price of cutting children who didn't even drink, I won't comment. So the haircuts are beautiful. So maybe only those kids are okay.

There is no need to add anything to this, an absolutely unprofessional approach. I went with the idea I communicated at the beginning and the result did not correspond to the idea at all. Never again, but a bad experience too.

I was here for the first time and I was immediately thrilled. After ordering, I was received by a very amazing Miss Lenka, with whom I sat down and told her what I would like. I had dyed mahogany hair for a year now and now I longed for a blonde ombre. She offered me a variety of shades of brown (because I wanted it dark from the head) to blonde. The young lady told me what she would do to me that day, but she warned me that the red color was not going down much, so she divided the whole process into three visits. And I fully agreed, because she's a professional hairdresser and she knows what to do so she doesn't ruin my hair. And I like that. The young lady really cares about the quality of her hair and is happy to advise on how to take care of her hair. At least 5 stars for me. I left very satisfied and I look forward to another visit.

This was the worst experience of my life. When ordering to the salon, I booked a hairdresser to Miss Lenka, who was not at work when I arrived, as her colleague Michaela told me, saying that she was always there on Fridays, and I was offered an e-mail communication. Miss Lenka, which I don't understand when she is known not to be at work. So I said to myself, so I appreciate the trip an hour and a quarter to the salon, so I don't turn around and go home, and that was a mistake. When asked what we were going to do, the answer was to clarify that it was very light brown with reflections to a dirty blonde. Especially nothing red or yellow, the young lady laughed at the words don't worry. She asked me if it should lighten the whole thing or make it clear, as I should know, since I'm not there. We sat down humanely, but its quality and practice do not match the price or presentation of the salon. Well, I give a photo before and a photo after, and everyone will make the conclusion and picture themselves. I solved the complaint because it cost me 2000, - despite the fact that it was 2 vouchers from the discount machine and as compensation for my trip there, for the time spent there I received cosmetics worth 500, -. And even the owner of the company is not able to solve the complaint, which is also not very professional.
