Today, with great toothache, I came to my doctor, who has a vacation and as a doctor, I have just mentioned Dr. Lysický. I immediately went there, but at the entrance to the waiting room, another patient told me that the nurse was very uncomfortable and that she didn't want to take anyone away. Within seconds, the nurse came out and very arrogantly asked me what I wanted here. As soon as she found out that I was going to ask for treatment for pain and that I was from the doctor who had arranged a stand-by, she started to humming me very arrogantly, that I should go away, that there was definitely no time for me and that they would not take me. When asked if she was serious, that she was going to fire me with great pain, she replied that I should stay there (I suppose not to complain), but I would wait until 1 pm (it was half past eight). In the waiting room we were 3 and all from the doctor. Otherwise, the waiting room was completely empty. Fortunately, I came across another office today, where the doctor's nurse approach just shook my head and where professionally and with a smile helped me out of pain. The doctor is certainly a capacity, but unfortunately his sister is spoiling his reputation. Everything can be solved in peace and without unnecessary arrogance and haughtyness. I wish my sister that something similar happened to her when she needed help with the pain.
