Beautifully repaired penultimate chapel on the road, near Hájek. The donator was Count Karel Jáchym of Breda and his wife. He was a former owner of the Tachlovice estate including Hostivice and Litovice. After the cancellation of the pilgrimage maintenance fund by Joseph II. By the end of the 18th century, six decaying chapels were demolished between 1870 - 1913. Before the cancellation of the pilgrimage route in 1950, the last major repair of the still standing chapels was carried out at the end of the 19th century. The original paintings were not renewed and were replaced by metal plates with paintings from the life of the Virgin Mary. None of these have been preserved to this day. This chapel was restored in 1999 as the first of all twenty along the road.

Cesta je krasna. 19. kaple by potrebovala trochu pece.
The road is beautiful. The 19th Chapel would need a little furnace.
