Such behavior on the phone I have not experienced. An unpleasant Mr. and still left me after he has no time, and I just managed to tell him what does not work.

Absolutely perfect, I can only recommend. Clogged sewer in the family house, the gentleman arrived in two hours since the report, willing, everything within a moment solved. I recommend to all.

Our waste in the panel apartment was completely clogged (water in the bathroom and kitchen was therefore out of order). The Lord arrived by call within 2 hours (on Saturday) and with the summer machine he released and put the waste into operation very quickly. It's not cheap, but we wouldn't solve it ourselves.

I contacted the company with clogged kitchen waste. The gentlemen arrived in a moment, they were sympathetic and worked fast. Unfortunately, too fast and the quality went stiff. Once I washed the dishes and went away for the holidays. After returning and washing the cups and mugs again, the waste ceased to drain and the siphon washed away the cabinet under the sink. So I contacted the company again on Sundays (they present themselves on the internet by being open 24 hours a day) with the need to remedy. The first shock came when a man told me he might or may not believe that I had washed the dishes only twice and I was away from home. Another shock came when he said he wasn't going to come to us on Sunday. So I suggested Monday after 4 pm. It was annoying to the man that at 16 o'clock certainly no one will reach us! So 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is probably just an advertising trick. And thirdly, he told me that there is no guarantee for cleaning waste, and it really will not be free. He promised to contact me and suggest time and solution. And of course he didn't. I found another business. Mr. Plumber arrived despite the fact that it is Sunday, the waste put into operation. He tried everything a few times and replaced the drain at which the previous plumbers had torn off the threads and therefore the water flowed around the siphon while the drain was clogged. It was not a problem for a plumber from another company to return the waste for a short time in case of a clogging and get the waste back free of charge. So I do not recommend. Work deflaked, damaged drain at new sink and subsequent behavior really unprofessional and unreliable.

They arrived on time and did their job. I'll give them 5 *. Now time will test the quality, but I can't evaluate it yet.
