The boiler was broken and started leaking water within 2 weeks. Unbelievable!!!! They are so irresponsible, and leave us to contact the boiler company by ourselves. The boiler company is not answering, and this company is not answering either. It has been over a week, and still no solution. Terrible terrible service. Try to avoid this company. Do not use their service. So frustrated... Dne 10. června 2020 v mé kuchyni nainstalovali nový kuchyňský kotel. Zaplatil jsem 7000 Kč. Kotel byl rozbit a do 2 týdnů začal unikat voda. Neuvěřitelný!!!! Jsou tak nezodpovědní a nechávají nás, abychom sami kontaktovali kotelnu. Kotelna neodpovídá a ani tato společnost neodpovídá. Už to bylo více než týden a stále žádné řešení. Hrozná strašná služba. Pokuste se této společnosti vyhnout. Nepoužívejte jejich služby. Tak frustrovaný ... !!! Be careful ... !!! He supposedly did it but the next day already the water was making a super weird noise when going down the pipe. 3 weeks later I the sink was blocked again. I called him, he came and charged me again another 2.000czk!! for the same problem he obviously did not fix the first time. I claimed the service should have a guarantee but he refused. I felt ripped off. Super bad proffessional, I do not recommend his service to anyone.
