vozidlo a předáno do servisu Citroën ADO Ostrava. Během opravy byly několikrát sdeleny jiné informace co se bude a autem dít. Nejdříve, že bude opravováno, pak že chybí díly. Posouvány termíny opravy. Na začátku února 2020 sděleno, že bude totální škoda. V den, kdy mělo dojít k prodeji vraku, zde chyběly některé díly z vozidla. Údajně odvezenyv den prodeje omylem..... Žádná kompenzace ze strany servisu i když vozidlo nebylo kompletní. Po této zkušenosti už nikdy více.....Edit.. V odpovědi píšete, že cena ponizena po dohodě s majitelkou. To je sice pravda, rozdíl byl 7000 Kč, ale o tuto částku přišla majitelka i když díly byly ztraceny u Vas v servisu (rozdíl mezi fotografiemi porizenymi likvidátorem a skutečným stavem vraku v den prodeje) a kompenzace jsme se od vás nedočkali žádné. Byly to jen výmluvy....

First that it will be repaired, then that parts are missing. Postponed repair dates. At the beginning of February 2020, it was announced that there would be total damage. On the day the wreck was to be sold, some parts from the vehicle were missing. Reportedly taken away on the day of sale by mistake ..... No compensation from the service even if the vehicle was not complete. After this experience, never again ..... Edit .. In the answer you write that the price was reduced in agreement with the owner. That's true, the difference was CZK 7,000, but the owner lost this amount even though the parts were lost at your service (the difference between the photos taken by the liquidator and the actual condition of the wreck on the day of sale) and we did not receive any compensation from you. They were just excuses ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupovali jsme tady nové auto. Prodávající velice milí a vstřícní. Vše rychle vyřízeno. Jeden den jsme auto zamluvili a za týden odjížděli. Naprosto bez problémů.
We bought a new car here. The seller is very nice and helpful. Everything handled quickly. One day we booked a car and left in a week. Absolutely no problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem zde poprvé a byl jsem spokojen s ochotou a vstřícnosti řešení mého problémů který jsem měl. Kdysi jsem využil služeb i jiných autorizovaných servisů a za mě je určitě tenhle top. Pro lepší hodnocení by bylo asi třeba navštívit víckrát s nějakým problémem ale můj aktuální problém byl vyřešen k mé spokojenosti a proto za jedinou návštěvu dávám 5 hvězd.
I was here for the first time and I was satisfied with the willingness and helpfulness to solve my problems that I had. I used to use the services of other authorized services and for me this top is definitely. For a better evaluation, it would probably be necessary to visit several times with a problem, but my current problem has been solved to my satisfaction and therefore I give 5 stars for a single visit.
