The Location is great!!! The Rooms are terrible and small, we asked for another room and it wasn't clean. The Restorant Room is so basic (it doesn't has so many choices.

Excellent location. Clean room. Terrible coffee! Breakfast buffet with ham products no chicken or beef options and actually nobody cared about my concern! No kettle in the room. On arrival i was asked to pay 50€ deposit for the minibar! Rooms are not isolated for noise. Staff rarely smiles. For me it was a good option although with some improvement it could be the no.1 hotel in area. Finally, pancakes at breakfast were amazing!

Well located hotel but in a very noisy area. Next to the hotel there is a disco that plays very loud music and wakes you up at around 7 in the morning. Very loud noise enters the interior courtyard of the hotel disturbing the rooms. At breakfast they do not replenish. If you don't go to breakfast soon, you run out of many things to eat for breakfast. Good service and attention too.

Very nicely situated. The shower during the day let you use just cold water and the toilet was quite broken. The breakfast was good

The location was great, the staff on the reception were great, the room was okay but it could have some usb sockets to keep with times. The bad part was the breakfast, the young lads empled as waiters stood around chatting while there were no clear tables, no food. Then a woman walked in and made the to do some work. We then saw the waiters carrying as much as one glass at the time to the kitchen. Our table had 3 plates of which 2 were finished, yet the waiter decided to take the plate while I was still visibly eating from it, while he left the finished ones. When my boyfriend asked him why he's doing it, he just continued taking the plate inside the kitchen leaving the finished plates on our table. I am not sure if the waiter has some learning difficulties and then I'd understood. This waiter was an average height, slim with long dark hair tied into a ponytail and looked like he's got an idea what he's doing or who he is. I think that the hotel would be great if the waiters serving breakfast weren't lazy or untrained. The woman that came out of the kitchen looked like the only person who appeared hardworking and caring about her job. The reception staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is in the center, so it's close to everything. The rooms are clean. We took the suit. The bathroom was clean and new. The breakfast is bad. If you reserve here, do it without breakfast and eat outside. We paid for breakfast but never actually ate it. It says breakfast is for 8 to 10, but if you get there at 09:30 you'll find nothing but leftovers. At the end of our trip, the cleaning lady accused me of smoking in the room because they saw my husband's cigarette pack ?. They asked for 150 euros fee. Of course, after talking with them, they understood that being pregnant, I'm not even a smoker.

The hotel is good for what you pay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, just 5 minutes walk from the central station and 2 minutes walk to the old town. The room was big and clean, but a little bit older, and you could hear noise from another room who decided to party in the night. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but nothing bad either. For a city trip to Prague i would recommend to book this hotel, unless you need five star treatment or the newest modern fancy rooms.

There are a wealth of somewhat negative to extremely negative reviews of this hotel and I was frankly worried by these reviews. My stay with the hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, plenty large, and I had no issues with anything provided. There is even a nifty feature of being able to turn off the lights to the room from the bed without getting up! The service was above and beyond what I expected. I had to leave very early to make my bus connection and the receptionist was able to organize a "breakfast to go" box for me waiting at reception when I checked out. I had never heard of such a thing before, but it was so incredibly sweet. As far as location, this is about as central as it gets. Easy walking distance to everything you'd want to see. The only negative thing I would say is that the coffee at the breakfast was industrial strength, which is not my thing, but that's a matter of personal preference. Great experience, would definitely recommend.
