Reasonable price. Right in the centre of everything and the rooms are kept update and clean.

An expensive place for what they offer, it does not deserve the category of stars it has.

We booked an apartment through Expedia and the images do not reflect the rooms offered. We were told we could upgrade to the room in the images from our booking but would have to pay additionally for this. Ultimately we decided we would stay elsewhere. Please be mindful of this when booking - especially if using Expedia!

Great place! Ended up there after realising the EA hotel rococó was closed and what a great deal! Paid around 50 per night in this amazing quiet room, extremely clean and with very very good pillows (although the mattress may be a little too structural for some people, not that soft). I slept like a baby. The TV only has channels in Czech but if you have your computer with you you can watch Netflix with their quick WiFi and enjoy a night in. The shower has amazing water pressure! Would definitely go back if in need of such a central location in Prague. The people at the reception are just lovely! Didn't try the breakfast because there are a lot of restaurants around.

Prepaid for 2 nights in May for a superior 2-bedroom apartment when checking in. We could not find any aircon control and the first night was stuffy so we opened the window only to hear club music blaring from across the main street till 4:30am. I went downstairs to the night clerk asking how to operate the aircon only to be told there was no aircon despite the website and booking.com listing each room has aircon. We booked another hotel for the second night and checked out after the first night but Konstantin refused to refund the unused prepaid second night saying there is aircon and that the night guy didn't know what he was talking about. He insisted on showing me the aircon but when in the room he had difficulty finding the aircon control because there was none. Finally he tried turning on a switch outside the bathroom and a humming noise started that he claimed was the aircon from a narrow grate mounted high on the wall. I said I don't feel any air or coolness. He said it takes 1-2 hours. First, if there is no aircon control, the hotel should list on your website it is central aircon (usually means they set the temperature high to save costs). Second, due to lack of aircon control and the night guy saying there was no aircon, Konstantin should refund the second night as customer is always right given these circumstances. Avoid staying here. On the plus side, breakfast area was spacious and food above average.

The apartment was great, good value, spacious and in a great location to walking everywhere or getting a tram from the corner. Lots of shops on Wenceslas Square which is underneath the apartment. Apartment staff were very friendly and helpful eg you can get a 30-60min or all day travel ticket from the metro stations or in the middle sections of the trams, using contactless payment. Trams are super cheap and easy. Apartment is really comfortable and well cleaned but a few things to know about this 2 bed apartment which sleeps up to six - a) the main bedroom and en suite is off the second bedroom. Easily accommodates four but would be a squeeze for six, especially as there is only a sofa bed which sits three people. Has the space for additional comfy chair in the lounge. B) we like a kitchenette but this one lacked cooking facilities, a couple of sauce pans and utensils but not much else. Enough crockery and cutlery but only two wine glasses (am sure you could ask for more). C) as with all rentals there is ongoing basic maintenance required - a hinge on both toilet seats were broken as was the en-suite shower rose but all workable. D) WiFi did not extend to the master bedroom for most of the time. Overall I would definitely recommend and happily return. We were a family of four.

Depending on your focus in Prague this is either a good location or a bit out of the way. Prague is a very walkable city. But this hotel may be a bit far from the St. Charles Bridge, the Castle, etc. But overall I would call it well placed. Breakfast was a surprise and I mean that in a good way. Considering the cost of the hotel, etc. Breakfast had a fairly large selection. With plenty of eggs, meats, breads, yogurt, etc to fuel your morning or day. The rooms are decently sized but better seating would be nice. I can only speak for the room I stayed in. It had some challenges. The biggest issue is that the Air Conditioning barely cooled the room. Maybe a 1-2 c drop. This was not a huge deal during my stay in late May. With the weather Prague was experiencing. It was overcast on days, did not get get above 24.5c during the day, and was 12-14c as a low. The rooms have seen a tough life. The mattress was comfortable enough. But the builtins were chipped, the door jambs chipped repaired to make the lock to the bathroom work, the shower leaked as the doors did not fit properly, and the list goes on. There were no issues large enough to make me regret my stay. Given the price I paid. But things to be aware of. Also if you are from the US and have never been to Europe. You need to keep in mind that a 4 star hotel in Europe. Is very different than a 4 star hotel in the US.

The receptionist was very friendly. The room is good although we took the "refurbished apartment" it still has signs of bad treatment. There is a hole in the bathroom door that is covered with some plastic for example. Although, the bed is good and there is enough cutlery for 2 guests. The cleaning is not so good, as they only change towels and replenish toilet paper. They don't make the beds and don't take out the trash. The breakfast is very good and plenty always being refilled by the staff. In terms of location it is bang on the center of the city with clubs, cafes and restaurants and public transports nearby. Even though it is in the middle of the city I couldn't hear any noise from the clubs nearby as some other people complained, but I stayed in a back facing room, which might have helped. The price is acceptable for the center of a capital and the overall quality. In general I wouldn't consider it to be a 4 star hotel but instead I would say it is a good 3 star.
