★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen such a dirty hotel with mold everywhere in the bathroom! The hotel abused the guest's credit card, the actual confirmed reservation was 156 euros, and the hotel deducted 168 euros without permission ! The front desk of the hotel is very unfriendly, the room card is invalid every day, and you need to waste time running to the front desk to renew the card! I do not recommend this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was noisy both from the street and from the floor, insufficient noise isolation. In the the room there were broken equipment. The balcony of the room is not accessable, the window dirty. The hotel charge extra price for view on the square, though road reconstruction is in front. Air condition extreme loud. The breakfast option was poor and the seating dense.
Altogather not a 4 star quality, bottom of the 3 or rather 2.
Instead of staying two nights we left after one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just booked the swimming pool, it was not good. The water was not clean and it smelled like pee in the part where the toys are. 200 czk for was the fee and the real value of the whole experience was around 100 czk. the sauna is not available because of covid. Do yourself a favour and stay home in your bath tube, it will be more fun. The receptionist was nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel in the center of the city. The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. I have to admit that lady at the reception was one of the best receptions in Prague - very hospitable and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That is not 4 star hotel!!! That is awful! Non working hair driers at all rooms. All extra fans were taken away to other rooms and I’ve been staying at room for half day just to wait while my long hair will have gotten dry by their own!!!! I could not go away to see city with wet hair at winter. In addition to this:
1. not opening doors in wardrobe
2. gaps in shower doors and a lot of water at the floor as a result
3. broken tap in the shower
4. dirty windows

Location is perfect.
terrible view from the window. this poor bird smashed its head against the glass. Nobody even took it away.
rubbish left on the stairs was there for three days.
Poor breakfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel does not seem very well maintained. The kitchenette was poorly equipped, no amenities available in the bathroom (only soap). Overall the room was substandard with dirty walls and shabby bathroom. Also, no stay over clean-up happened during our stay which we were not informed about . Would definitely not agree on 4* mark of the Hotel.
Cleaning equipment like vacuum cleaners were constantly around the corridors together with trolleys with dirty laundry.
On the other hand, the staff was nice and welcoming and breakfast was good.
Would not stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. However would not stay again the room was not clean. The bin wasn't emptied and there was hair in the sink and the bath. There was a rug on the floor that was filthy looking and the floor was sticky.
The only reason we didn't complain as it was our last day in Czechia and we were only booked in for the night and didn't want to waste our time as we knew we would be out all day
