V	Vanya Nikolova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location! Even that the hotel is in mall building it was really quiet. The bed was really comfortable. The apartment was clean, stuff was kind. The only thing that i did not liked was that while i was having shower the water was switching from colder to hotter by herself and i hardly managed the ac sistem in the room. I couldnt open the window which i really wanted because its summer. Everything else was good. I would choose the place again.

This apartment is located in wonderful place in Prague, very easy to get old town and related transportation, in additional, I had warm welcome and clear city and building introduction from the reception, the room is comfortable and stylish, color match perfectly, and the cost is affordable and valuable if you stay here with couple of friends or family!
K	Katie Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely places located right in the center of Prague. The hotel is still renovating but the staffs here are so friendly and helpful. It’s a new born hotel. However the price is really reasonable. Definitely will come back in the future.

There was an issue as booking.com had a fake listing for this hotel which I happened to book, but the staff explained everything well and even offered the room at the same (low) price after the original was refunded by booking.com.
N	Nico B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had some mixed experience here, depending of what you d expect it can be worth the stay: Pro - great central location at Wenzel square - well furnited bedroom, comfi bed and clean spaceous bathroom - safe, small kitchen w fridge and coffee cooker - huge windows with electric curtain opener - youtube and netflux on tv (not realky local tv) - private spa bookable for 40eur/2hours - Professional complaints management - bathropes and complimentary house shoes at private spa Con - dynamic conversation offer at onsite payment: we could choose to pay w ec card in EUR for 5.40% (!!) Conversation rate. We were warned later that some local hotels and restaurants offer this as an extra income - no trash bin in bedroom and no food carpet in bathroom - front desk clerk was friendly, but was placed there without any training - she was eager to help but was not trained to Show the functions of whilepool, radio and sauna in the private spa - towels only on request in the private spa - we had to wait 15 min, in the hallway to enter private spa - to communicate with the hotel service we had to call the local hotel telephone number
R	Radka Ligasova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ However they have direct phone number on their webpage, there was always answer: “please contact us through booking.com.” We had urgent situation with our 3-years old son, he get high fever on the morning of our check-in date. We tried explain that by phone, also through booking.com, we were willing to provide them with the doctor confirmation. There was no commumication from their side and they just fully charged immediately after our call.
B	Barbora Bayerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I got a room that was not cleaned after previous guest, so I had to change it. In another room, the automatic curtains were not working, there were just towel for body, not for hands or a rug in front of a shower. The aparments are really dated. TV has no any czech station working!! And the top after all of that is they declined my reservation at booking.com due to "payment issues", so now I cant rate them via booking.com, and also it´s not counting to my stays that I realized! They offered a discount to me as apologise, but I'm sure that I will not visit this place ever again!!
