Velice špatná zkušenost. Nechaval jsem Superba po vykradačce na výměnu okna a lakování dveří. Při té příležitosti jsem nechal vyměnit letní za zimní. Předal jsem 3 nafouklá kola a jedno prázdné (pravděpodobně defekt). Experti přezuli kola a vyfouklé kolo dofoukli a nic vic. Předali mi auto po 3 týdnech s prázdnou pneumatikou. Když jsem je požadal o nápravu, odvětili, že na počkáni to určitě nebude a mužu auto nechat na místě (po 3 tydnech v servise!!). Dal jsem jednu letni zpatky a spravim jinde! Rozbité okno vyměnily, dveře nalakovaly a hned stím do kartačové myčky. Lak na celem autě muže jit rovnou pod leštičku!! Takové služby bych čekal od Dimitrije na Ukrajině a ne od autorizovaného servisu!! Kluci v dílně jsou debilní amatéři. Dokonce mi rozbili plastové zapínáni na obalech na pneu. Také děkuji za informaci, že bych měl skontrolovat geometrii. Letní pneu jsou na vnitřní straně sjeté, kdybych se sám nepodíval, zničil bych si i zimní sadu. To myslíte vážně???!!! Sem už nikdy.
Very bad experience. I left Superb after the robber to change the window and paint the door. On that occasion, I had summer changed for winter. I handed over 3 inflated wheels and one empty one (probably a defect). The experts changed the wheels and blew the blown wheel and nothing more. They handed me the car after 3 weeks with an empty tire. When I asked them for a remedy, they replied that it would definitely not be waiting and I could leave the car in place (after 3 weeks in the service !!). I gave one summer back and I'll do it elsewhere! They replaced the broken window, painted the door and immediately into the brush washer. The paint on the whole car can go straight under the polisher !! I would expect such services from Dimitri in Ukraine and not from the authorized service !! The boys in the workshop are moron amateurs. They even broke the plastic fasteners on the tire cases. Also thank you for the information that I should check the geometry. The summer tires are worn on the inside, if I didn't look at myself, I would also ruin the winter orchard. Are you serious???!!! Here never again.

Vše proběhlo rychle a profesionálně. Měl jsem zde auto skrz pojistnou událost, vše mi bylo vysvětleno, ukázáno a rychle vyřešeno. Ochota i co se týká času. Přichystáno náhradní vozidlo, vše bez problémů. Mé auto dokonce i umyto a navoskováno, oprava provedena pečlivě. Tuto pobočku a zejména pak pana Hirsche mohu jen doporučit.
Everything went quickly and professionally. I had a car here through the insurance event, everything was explained to me, shown and quickly resolved. Willingness even in terms of time. A spare vehicle is ready, all without any problems. My car even washed and waxed, repair done carefully. I can only recommend this branch and especially Mr Hirsch.

Při výměně zadního okénka měnili chromovanú lištu, která měla škrábanec jak vlásek. Cena lišty 6300 Kč. Auto má dva a pul roku. Pojišťovna to nepřeplatí. Celková cena opravy právě 13000 Kč. Týden objednané, výměna 3 dni .Nebyly schopní ani umýt auto. Vraj im to pojišťovna nezaplatí. Nikdy více AGROTEC. Nedoporučuji nikomu. Na BOŽETĚCHOVÉ KIA SUPER.
When replacing the rear window, they changed the chrome bar, which had a scratch like a hair. The price of the bar is 6300 CZK. The car is two and a half years old. The insurance company will not overpay. The total cost of the repair is just CZK 13,000. Week ordered, exchange 3 days. They were not able to even wash the car. They say the insurance company won't pay them. Never again AGROTEC. I do not recommend to anyone. NA BOŽETĚCHOVÉ KIA SUPER.

Ze servisní prohlídky s výměnou oleje mám smíšené pocity. Pozitivně vnímám zavezení zákazníka domů a jeho vyzvednutí za malý poplatek. Přijde mi ale divné, že zaměstnanci vypnuli palubní kameru v mém autě. Nechtějí abych něco viděl? Dělají vše poctivě? S čím ale jsem nespokojeny je cena oleje Shell Helix Ultra Professional AV-L 0W-30, za který si účtují 730 Kč s DPH za litr a to po 10% slevě. Přitom stejný olej se v maloobchodě prodává za méně než 200 Kč/l. Jak toto může být běžná praktika?
I have mixed feelings about the oil change service. I have a positive view of taking the customer home and picking him up for a small fee. But it strikes me as strange that the staff turned off the on-board camera in my car. Don't they want me to see something? Do they do everything honestly? But what I am dissatisfied with is the price of Shell Helix Ultra Professional AV-L 0W-30 oil, for which they charge CZK 730 with VAT per liter, after a 10% discount. At the same time, the same oil is sold in retail for less than CZK 200 / l. How can this be a common practice?

They don’t look like they want to sell cars. Giving information was a huge effort for them. I arrived and asked the receptionist if they spoke English, she said yes, a little. Please wait until we can assist you. After 30 minutes waiting until the salesman was free to assist, his answer was that he didn’t speak English, that we could come back on Monday. All this with the receptionist laughing at us and laughing at every answer we were getting to our questions. Very disrespectful, turning around your back to 2 people speaking a language that you don’t speak, listening to their laughter, while you say to yourself, “why would I spend 1 million CZK in a place where they cannot even be bothered to help me and they laugh at me?” You’re definitely not getting my money. Go somewhere where at least they show some attitude to earn the money that you will pay
