Nejen že mají skvělí servis za dobré ceny ale i po vyslovení mého přání my vyhověli s maximální míře. Za co děkuji?? Dlouholetý kamarád měl svatbu a přál si být odvezen k oltáři v novém autě a tak jsem tedy oslovil společnost KIA z pobočky v Modřicích. Nejen že mne i ženicha vyslechli ale vyšli nám vstříc. Dostali jsme zapůjčený NOVÝ vůz KIA SPORTAGE. Jízda v něm byla doslova skvělá a nezapomenutelná jak pro mne jako řidiče tak i spolucestující (novomanželé, jejich rodiče i prarodiče, kterým se do vozu lehce nastupovalo i vystupovalo). Ještě tedy jednou bych chtěl mnohokrát poděkovat za jejich maximální úsilí a veškerou ochotu ať už při servisu, prodeji či jen radou a pomoci. Not only do they have great service at good prices, but even after expressing my wish, we have complied with the maximum. For what thank you ??? A long-time friend had a wedding and wished to be taken to the altar in a new car, so I approached KIA from a branch in Modřice. Not only did they hear me and the bridegroom, but they came to meet us. We got a NEW KIA SPORTAGE car. The ride in it was literally great and unforgettable both for me as a driver and a passenger (newlyweds, their parents and grandparents, who easily entered and disembarked in the car). Pobral jsem příslušné katalogy a ceníky ze stěn, ale obsluha se celou dobu bavila někde u stolu se smíchem přes celý areál. Nikdo z nich se ani nezeptal, co mi může nabídnout. Jediný, kdo mě pozdravil, byla paní uklízečka. Tentýž přístup bohužel byl i na prodejně Škoda v druhé části areálu. Absolutní nezájem o zákazníka. Už nikdy víc. I walked through the Kiu XCeeda from left to right, tried sitting in the back seats. I took the relevant catalogs and price lists from the walls, but the staff was having fun somewhere at the table laughing across the premises. None of them even asked what they could offer me. The only one who greeted me was the cleaning lady. Unfortunately, the same approach was also available at the Škoda store in the second part of the complex. Absolute lack of interest in the customer. Never more.

Dále bych chtěl vyzdvihnout jednání servisu. Pan Juračka, který situaci řešil, mi vyšel vstříc více, než musel, a s ničím nebyl problém. Velice oceňuji a mohu jen doporučit. [Repair] I had a Kiu Ceed repaired here after the accident. I am very satisfied with the result, it is not visually obvious that the car was broken. I would also like to highlight the service negotiations. Mr. Juračka, who was dealing with the situation, came to my aid more than he had to, and there was no problem with anything.
