Fantastic contact and professional staff. Finding the car, unlocking, and then returning was a breeze. Car was in a great condition. I'm looking forward to using the service more and more in the future!

Great service and good prices, super convenient. The staff are extremely helpful at the hotline. However for longer trips (e.g. over the weekend or even longer day trips) , you might be better off with regular rental companies like Budget due to high per km pricing. For shorter trips this is perfect and fully recommended.

I like that you can arrange everything online, from registration to renting and returning a car. Regarding cars, their power is pretty weak but they are reliable and pretty comfortable. The only thing I miss is some better discounts for longer renting on longer trips.

Carsharing that works really well and has great user experience. Just come to the car, unlock it by your phone and go. The prices are very reasonable and the fuel is included in the price. I really recommend trying this. Especially for someone who needs a car only once in a while, it’s really cool. ?

Best car sharing company around and on top of it it's quite inexpensive. One of the best things about Fabia 3 I had were isofix points which were easily accessible and I had no problem installing baby seat there, however the trunk was a bit small because of the LPG tank. The car was no slouch on the highway as well, even though it's a small engine. It was also easy to borrow the car, just call/use website and someone opens the car for you, same goes for returning it.

All works seamless and the price is reasonable (but I still believe and hope that more carsharing competition will drive it even cheaper). One big disadvantage for me is the pickup/dropoff zones - It only covers a couple % of Prague so for me it means two stops by tram and some further walk, then driving to my place to pick up stuff / people, then the drive itself and then again ride back home by tram after dropping it off. It is even not possible to return the car to different drop-off zone, e.g. starting near my home in the morning and dropping it off by my work or pub in the evening - even if there is a zone. So covering whole city (which I understand needs way more cars and scaling of the whole operations) is a prerequisite for me before I use it more.

Very good. Perfect for outdoor day-trips as you pay a very small per-hour fee. Stuff is helpful and friendly. Got accepted the same day, on _Friday afternoon_. If you're a freshman, they don't require you to wait for 6 months during which you basically forget how to drive, as most others do. Instead they have an extra insurance option for those who are not feeling super-confident yet. There is space to grow though -- no native app, only a web version which is a little clumsy to use. Also there's a pretty strict zone restriction - you have to finish where you start (at least for a single time I've used it), and only in special zones, basically a single zone per city part. Overall, really recommend.

I used to rent the cars from them several times a month to visit family. They called to force me to pay a fee for repairing some rain damage that they admit could have happened due to a leak in the window, a previous driver, or some post parking damage. They couldn't provide evidence or pictures of the damage. After discussion and agreement I won't pay for something I didn't cause, we went on our way. Well, turns out they blocked my account. I tried to call to figure out why and he tells me it's because I refused to pay for damage I didn't cause. I don't recommend using AJO.
