★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice milá obsluha s prozákaznickým přístupem a snahou vyřešit problém, i když nebyl způsobený prodejcem. Za mě palec nahoru, takovýto přístup není často vidět.
Very nice service with a pro-customer approach and an effort to solve the problem, even if it was not caused by the seller. For me thumb up, such an approach is not often seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemůžu si Albi vynachválit.Skvely prozakaznicky přistup. Když mělo zpoždění vydání hry Robinson Crusoe: dobrodružství na prokletem ostrově. Poslali jako omluvu hru pět okure zdarma. Když jsem hru dostal tak se zjistilo že asi 3 karty obsahují chyby které nebyli nijak závratné a na zážitku to určitě neubralo. A teď když vyšel druhý výtisk s opravenymi kartami, stacilo napsat a dostal jsem nove opavene karty :O klobouk dolů. Ostatní firmy na deskohernim trhu by si měli vzít příklad ;)
I can praise Albi.Skvely prosakaznicky approach. When the release of Robinson Crusoe was delayed: adventure on the Cursed Island. They sent five okure games as an excuse. When I got the game and it was found that about 3 cards contain errors that were not dizzy and the experience certainly did not lose. And now that the second print with the repaired cards came out, I just had to write and I got the new cards: A hat down. Other companies in the deskohernim market should take an example;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prostě Albi, spousta vtipných a vůbec různých věcí s potiskem a hláškou. Akorát tady na kampusu docela malá prodejna, takže se může stát že zboží co hledáte se jim sem už nevlezlo.
Just Albi, lots of funny and different things with print and buzz. Just here on the campus quite a small shop, so it may happen that the goods you are looking for, they did not fit here.

The shop is full of various gifts and souvenirs. Even though it is smaller, everyone will definitely find something for themselves here.
