★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Bought a trimmer a day ago. The pack was unsealed and i was convinced that it was due to transportation and all. After reaching home, i understand that it was a defect piece. And without giving the refund, I was asked to go to a different Alza store. Ridiculous.. Not going to be Alza customer anymore!!

The shop representatives were unable to tell me when it will come , or just do not care. wasted 2 hours to wait and was forced to cancel my order.In normal countries, compensation or a reduction in price is always offered in this case. But not here. Bad commercial practice that does not benefit customers. This approach is most common to Chinese cheaper sellers. Never again Alza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick delivery within 1-2 days. They charge around 50 kč for shipping to this point, though. Nice place to get your Polaroid film and looots of other stuff. Reasonable prices and promotions from time to time.

It was refreshing to have a good experience with them after a bad experience with another store of the same chain in another city.
