Helpful staff and trouble-free arrangement of large television service at home beyond the warranty conditions. The technician arrived exactly as agreed and was done in half an hour. There's nothing to reproach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takhle má vypadat záruční servis. Jak ze strany LG tak tohoto skvělého servisu. V neděli večer jsem si všiml vady na mém pár měsíců novém OLED 65CX, v pondělí jsem volal do LG, ti okamžitě předali reklamaci servisu Rastr, ti mě kontaktovali za pár minut a ve čtvrtek už byl u mě technik a měnil panel, což proběhlo rychle a bez problémů. Naprostá spokojenost.
This is what warranty service should look like. From both LG and this great service. On Sunday evening I noticed a defect in my new OLED 65CX for a few months, on Monday I called LG, they immediately handed over the complaint to the Rastr service, they contacted me in a few minutes and on Thursday I was already a technician and changed the panel, which went quickly and without problems. Absolute satisfaction.
