Objednali jsme si kabel cca za 255 Kč, po měsíci čekání nám to bylo samozřejmě divné, že kabel stále nepřišel a tak jsme do obchodu zavolali. Tam nám bylo řečeno že kabel již není v barvě kterou jsme objednali a že tedy vlastně není ani na cestě, jak jsme se milně domnívali. Pokud bychom obchod nekontaktovali, tak se nám ani sami neozvou. Pracovník prodejny nám řekl že se ještě ale podívá na skladě a dají nám vědět druhý den, zdali zašlou zpět peníze nebo konečně něco po měsíci pošlou. Druhý den nás ale nikdo nekontaktoval a mi opět po dalších 14 dnech volali do prodejny. Tam jsme se dozvěděli že náš problém stále nikdo nevyřešil a ani neřeší. Prodejce nám řekl že by snad nějaké kabeli tohoto typu měli k nim dorazit, ale samozřejmě těžko říct kdy a jestli vůbec. Požádali jsme tedy o vrácení peněz, tak snad alespoň ty možná pošlou. Absolutely horrible service, I don't understand that such a business works. We ordered a cable for about CZK 255, after a month of waiting it was obviously strange that the cable still did not come so we called the store. There we were told that the cable is no longer in the color we ordered and that it is not even on the way, as we believed. If we do not contact the shop, they will not even hear from us. A shopkeeper told us that he would still look at the store and let us know the next day whether they would send back the money or finally send something after a month. But the next day nobody contacted us and called me to the store again after another 14 days. There we learned that our problem was still not solved or solved by anyone. The vendor told us that perhaps some of this kind of cabels should reach them, but of course it is hard to say when and if at all. So we asked for a refund, so maybe they might send.

Nemohu doporučit tuto firmu pro realizaci jakýchkoliv instalací zvukové aparatury. Zejména upozorňuji na nízkou osobní integritu pana Hrózy a jeho schopnost dostát závazkům. C	CLUCZ O'Sullivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakupoval jsem zde několikrát a vždy jsem byl nadšen z profesionálního prostředí i přístupu k zákazníkům. Možnost vyzkoušení většiny produktů včetně sluchátek mi vyrazila dech. Přesně to zákazník potřebuje, přecejen každý máme jiné preference v podání zvuku a v tomto případě se nákup na slepo přes net nemusí vyplatit. Takový obchod jsem hledal roky! I have been shopping here several times and I have always been excited about the professional environment and approach to customers. The ability to try most of the products, including headphones, took my breath away. This is exactly what the customer needs, but we all have different preferences in sound delivery, and in this case, the blind does not have to pay off. I've been looking for such a business for years!
M	Michal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vše neproběhlo zcela bez problémů. Objednávka se zpozdila kvůli neschopnosti výdejního místa přijímat zásilky a můj první dotaz na stav objednávky se někde ztratil. Naštěstí se vše vyjasnilo a po krátké konverzací jsme se, k mé plné spokojenosti, dohodli na náhradním způsobu doručení bez příplatku. Jedna hvězdička ale přece musí jít pryč, protože by bylo podle mého názoru vhodné, kdyby v podobné situací eshop automaticky oznámil dotčeným zákazníkům informaci o problému s výdejním místem a začal ihned hledat alternativní řešení. Kromě toho nemám další výhrady, naopak musím ocenit dostupnost těžko sehnatelného zboží a vstřícnost při komunikaci. Everything did not go without problems. One star, however, must go away, because in my opinion it would be appropriate if in a similar situation, the eshop automatically notified the affected customers about the problem with the dispensing point and immediately seek alternative solutions. In addition, I have no other reservations, on the contrary, I have to appreciate the availability of difficult-to-find goods and helpfulness in communication.

Ozvučení sauny, v celkových prostorách jak wellness, tak zahrady o 13-ti reproduktorech a dalšího příslušenství, které již 3 roky funguje perfektně. Značka SONOS je opravdu kvalitní! Veškeré poradenství, všeobecně servis pro zákazníka na výbornou. Cena za produkty a celkové služby je velmi dobrá a rozhodně všem doporučuji. Very good experience with this company.
