★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Důrazně nedoporučuji nakupovat v tomto obchodě. Ignorace a arogance obsluhy. Po vstupu do obchodu žádná reakce ze stránek prodejců. Nikdo vám nepomůže a nebude se ptát, jestli potřebujete pomoc. Reklamační služba je výsměch, nedostatek profesionality. Prodejna proto byla většinou prázdná a zákazníků málo.
 I strongly do not recommend shopping in this store. Service ignorance and arrogance. No entry from the sellers' website after entering the store. No one will help you and will not ask if you need help. Complaints service is a mockery, lack of professionalism. Therefore, the store was mostly empty and few customers.

Sedák objednán 22.12.2021 s tím že to mělo přijít do 6.1.2022 stále nic nepřišlo. Jediné co mi přišlo tak koncová faktura na e-mail, podíval jsem se na sledování zásilky Okay a vidím, že už zboží doručili a já jsem ho "převzal".
Skvělé služby opravdu za 25 000Kc.
Volal jsem na zákaznickou linku tam mě řekli, že to předají dál a ozvou se. Pokud se do druhého dne neozvou volám jim zpět s tím, že to předávám policii.
Okay už nikdy v životě!

Seat ordered 22.12.2021 with the fact that it was to come by 6.1.2022 still nothing came. The only thing I received such a final invoice by e-mail, I looked at the tracking of the Okay shipment and I see that they had already delivered the goods and I "took over" it.
Great service really for 25,000 CZK.
I called the customer line there and they told me they would pass it on and call. If they don't call by the next day, I'll call them back and pass it on to the police.
Okay, never again!
