★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Najhorsi pristup k zakaznikovi. Nasa spolocnost tu planovala nakupit techniku za 18.000€. Miesto toho nebol p. Ales Horacek schopny promptne reagovat, neustale sa vyhovaral, na ziadost o ukazku strojov povedal, ze sa mu “nechce” ich skladat a ukazovat. Sme velmi nespokojni aj s celkovym pristupo. Absolutne neodporucame nakupovat v tejto spolocnosti. Na poziadanie Vam ukazem aj vypis z komunikacie a presvedcte sa sami.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednane zbozi dorazilo do zasilkovny v Praze uz za 3 dny a to jeste pred Vanocemi. Vse bylo v poradku. V baliku chybela jedna drobna polozka. Po upozorneni e-mailem vse za 1 den vyreseno a vec mi poslali dodatecne na adresu bydliste. Velice dekuji za ochotu a rychlost jednani pracovnika firmy. E-mailem jsem komunikovala s panem M. Šerpanem.

After being notified by e-mail, everything was resolved in 1 day and the item was sent to my additional address. Thank you very much for the willingness and speed of action of the company's employee. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejprve vám napíší, jak objednávku přijali a budou expedovat zboží a pak vám po čtyřech dnech napíší, že nic nedodají, protože nic nemají. Normální překupníci. Nic jiného. A to před vánoci, kdy by měli opravdu seriozně přistupovat k objednávkám. No o zákazníky jim nejde to je teď jasné.
