I gave the car for washing. I have no reservations about the washing itself. Unfortunately, then I was completely taken aback by what happened. After washing, I went to check the car, on the front bumper were 3 deep scratches about 5 cm long. The gentlemen said nothing about it. Unfortunately I made a mistake and went out. Then I changed my mind - he came back and asked to see the cameras because I remembered that they were there. And here I learned that the camera there is no access, that even so they do not have access to the disk on which it is. Well, of course, you don't believe in that. The car was new and the gentlemen drew attention to a kind of asphalt on the roof - they almost removed it. I would have believed them, but that he would point out a stain on the roof, and he would not notice anything on the other side to the absolutely fresh grooves on the bumper. I do not want to write about the fact that it is typical for services provided in the Czech Republic, but it definitely freezes. It would be possible that someone had damaged my car with a shopping cart five minutes earlier in the parking lot. But that approach to this problem and a totally negative attitude with excuses for broken cameras is shameful. I don't usually write anywhere, but I wonder how to change the climate in the Czech Republic differently than to give information to others and thus inform service providers that they have to behave correctly.
