★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý přístup, příjemný, snaživý a pozitivní personál. Byla jsem nadšená. Práce byla odvedená velmi dobře. Vůz se mi vrátil navíc umytý včetně interiéru. Servis jsem navštívila poprvé a získal si u mě důvěru. Příště půjdu opět tam.

A horrible 3 weeks promise a spare car, I called there every week and nothing until I gave it up and went elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ po servisu pravidelně musím auto tak týden větrat od cigaret. Byl jsem na servisu cca třikrát. Jednou mi vylili vodu z chladiče (mimochodem si nechali zaplatit právě i za její doplnění), špatně zapojili hadici vedoucí spaliny z motoru (uvolnila se), při výměně ložiska mi u zadního kola odhákli lanko k ruční brzdě. Výhoda je cena a rychlost. Kontrola kvality pokuhlává.
after the service I have to ventilate the car from cigarettes for a week. I've been to the service about three times. Once they spilled water from the radiator (by the way, they had just paid to refill it), incorrectly connected the hose leading to the exhaust from the engine (it came loose), when replacing the bearing, they unhooked the cable to the parking brake at the rear wheel. The advantage is price and speed. Quality control creases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výměna kapoty za novou trvala 3 týdny (přestože oprava byla domluvena dlouho - měsíc - dopředu). Do poslední chvíle jsem netušil, kdy auto bude připravené. Při odevzdání jsem měl dojezd 311 km, po opravě 250!! Personál nebyl schopný to vysvětlit (je to prý záhada).
Replacing the hood with a new one took 3 weeks (although the repair was agreed long - a month - in advance). Until the last moment, I had no idea when the car would be ready. When handing in, I had a range of 311 km, after repairs 250 !! The staff was not able to explain it (it is said to be a mystery).
