★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zhruba před 10 roky nám firma Alubau dodala do bytu v bytovém domě předokenní rolety a s výrobkem jsem naprosto spokojena. Již několik roků ale nemá firma pobočku v Brně a proto je téměř nemožné zajistit opravu rozbité rolety. Telefony buď nezvedají nebo slíbí, že pošlou technika, dokonce stanoví i den, ale nikdo samozřejmě nepřijede. Takto se mi to stalo již 3x. Naposledy dnes! Jiná firma vám výrobek od konkurence neopraví a tak jste postaveni před neřešitelný problém. Nezbývá mi nic jiného, než objednat u jiné brněnské firmy zcela novou předokenní roletu. Pro Brňáky doporučuji najít si firmu, která má hlavní sídlo v Brně nebo větší množství poboček po republice.
 About 10 years ago, the Alubau company delivered window blinds to our apartment in an apartment building, and I am completely satisfied with the product. However, the company has not had a branch in Brno for several years now, which is why it is almost impossible to repair a broken blind. They either don't pick up the phones or promise to send a technician, they even set a day, but of course no one will come. This has happened to me 3 times already. Last today! Another company will not repair your product from the competition, so you are faced with an unsolvable problem. All I have left is to order a completely new window blind from another Brno company. For Brňáky, I recommend finding a company that has its headquarters in Brno or a large number of branches in the country.
