Všechno byl problém, nic nešlo... velmi omezené kombinace, připadali jsme si jak v minulém století. Už tam teda nepůjdu a doporučit rozhodně nemohu. It offers something (we were looking for a sliding door to the case), but the staff was rather rough. I don't understand how they can survive .... Everything was a problem, nothing worked ... very limited combinations, we felt like in the last century. So I won't go there anymore and I definitely can't recommend it.
K	Knapcova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIKDY VÍCE. Přístup naprosto katastrofální i s vedoucí pobočky paní Soldánové. Pan u nás byl asi 5x z toho dojel snad vždy pozdě o 30 minut bez omluvy. Poškozené dveře jsem si nakonec nechala, protože nemám čas to řešit dalšího půl roku!!! Jednou dojel bez kliky pak zase rozdělal dveře, které byly poškozené ještě více než ty naše :D NEVER MORE. Approach absolutely catastrophic even with the branch manager Mrs. Soldánová. Mr. was with us about 5 times of which he came almost always 30 minutes late without apology. Damaged door I finally left because I do not have time to deal with the next half of the year !!! Once he ran without a handle, then he again opened the door, which was damaged even more than ours: D

Komunikace, ryhclost dodání a domluva OK We bought a sliding door to the wall for the apartment first, and after a good experience we also bought an ordinary glass door. Communication, speed of delivery and agreement OK

Po vstupu, než jsme se rozkoukali, byla u nás paní z prodejny a spolu s námi prošla prodejnu, vše nám ukázala, vyptala se jakou by jsme měli představu a dala s námi dohromady kompletní nabídku. Vážně paní byla skvělá a přístup excelentní. Byli jsme moc spokojeni, cenová nabídka bude do dvou dnů a pak se uvidí, ale určitě SEPOS stoji za návštěvu?? After entering, before we looked around, the lady from the store was with us and went through the store with us, showed us everything, asked what we would have an idea and put together a complete offer with us. Seriously the lady was great and the approach excellent. We were very satisfied, the price offer will be in two days and then we will see, but definitely SEPOS is worth a visit??
