 The "repair" of the refrigerator lasted less than a minute - it consisted of a cursory glance at the refrigerator and the subsequent statement of the words "Cannot be repaired". The technician charged CZK 870 for this. Judge for yourself if it would be worth the money ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokaždé mi dobře pomohli, cesta k prodejně je skvělé vyznačená a zatím jsem před prodejnou vždy zaparkoval. Škoda jen, že nyní funguje díky Covidu jen výdej zboží a prodejní plocha je uzavřená.
They always helped me well, the way to the store is great marked and so far I have always parked in front of the store. It's a pity that now, thanks to Covid, only the dispensing of goods works and the sales area is closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá nespokojenost se servisem pračky - údajně špatná elektronika, oprava nerentabilní... No nic podívám se mamince na tu pračku, než půjde z bytu, víc polámat už to nemohu, to se mi nezdá, podle chování pračky - oprava asi na 15 minut - zaoxidovaný konektor zámku dvířek s přechodovým odporem - očištěno a pere se stále ve staré pračce :-)
Absolute dissatisfaction with the service of the washing machine - allegedly bad electronics, repair unprofitable ... Well, I look at my mother at the washing machine before she leaves the apartment, I can't break it anymore, it doesn't seem to me, depending on the behavior of the washing machine - repair for about 15 minutes - oxidized door lock connector with transient resistance - cleaned and washed still in the old washing machine :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednali jsme troubu, čekali na ni měsíc, po měsíci dovezli troubu poškozenou (promáčklou). Další měla dorazit za 2 dny, opět byla poškozená, takže ji nepřivezli a třetí také poškozená. Termín dodání nyní nejasný, jsme bez trouby. Dále jsem zakoupila tekutý přípravek na čištění kávovaru, který po chvíli jaksi zplesnivěl či co. Když jsem ho byla reklamovat, pán se tvářil, že za to snad můžu já, že se to zkazilo a to měl přípravek expiraci až roku 2022. Zkušenosti s touto firmou jsou děsné :-(.
We ordered the oven, waited for it for a month, and after a month we brought the oven damaged (dented). Another was to arrive in 2 days, she was damaged again, so she was not brought in and the third was also damaged. Delivery date now unclear, we are without an oven. I also bought a liquid product for cleaning the coffee machine, which after a while molded somehow or something. When I was complaining about it, the gentleman pretended that maybe I was to blame for it, that it went wrong and that the product had an expiration date until 2022. The experience with this company is terrible :-(.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonicky sdělí potřebné informace, na místě převezmou spotřebič k reklamaci a během pár dnů dají vědět, že jest hotovo. Za mne super a je možné zároveň i nakupovat nové spotřebiče, nikoliv pouze reklamovat.
They will provide the necessary information by phone, take over the appliance on the spot and let them know in a few days that it is done. Great for me and it is also possible to buy new appliances, not just complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan prisiel, strasne sa ponahlal, povedal, ze mrazak je neopravitelny, vypital si 695Kc a vypoklonkoval sa. Ked som sa ho chcel nieco opytat odbehol po schodoch prec. Bol tu asi 10minut.
The repairman came to our flat, he was in a great hurry, he said that the freezer is unrepairable, asked for 695 Kc and was right on his way. When I wanted to ask him something he ran away. He was here about 10 minutes.
